Should I Hire A Personal Injury Lawyer?

Friday, March 9th, 2012

There are many instances in which obtaining a personal injury lawyer might benefit you.  Insurance companies frequently handle routine car accidents, however the majority involve property damage only.  Some accidents involve serious forms of bodily injury that require assistance only a personal injury attorney can provide.

In these instances, an injury attorney can help determine your rights and facilitate any claims you may have to compensation greater than the initial settlement:

1.)  The insurance company won’t pay the full cost of property damage, medical expenses, lost income, psychological pain and lost prospect.

2.)  The insurance company delays settling a claim.  Each state has a statute of limitations for filing personal injury claims, so beware of allowing insurance claims to drag on too long.

3.)  The insurance company denies a claim.  (Sometimes the insurance company of the other party involved in the accident will claim their insured was not at fault or that the insured’s policy did not cove the accident.

2003-2005 Nissan Infiniti Q45’s Recalled

Wednesday, March 7th, 2012

1,345 Infiniti Q45 cars manufactured by Nissan have been recalled for potential issues with their seat mounted dual front side airbags.  The wiring that connects the airbags in the affected vehicles could fail to deploy in the event of a crash.

Although no related injuries have been reported, this means that Infiniti would face a potential bigger problem in the event that any of these vehicle owners were injured in a car crash.

Manufacturers need to be held more accountable for the assembly process and quality of control BEFORE these cars are placed on the market.

Manufacturing defects can lead to very serious auto accidents.  If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident caused by a defective vehicle, call one of our car accident attorneys today for assistance.  You could be compensated for your pain and suffering.
